Kick off Pride season at the Akron Civic Theatre as local kings and queens will go head to head (and heel to heel) to claim the titles of Mr. & Miss Akron Pride Festival 2019!

The featured King & Queen and runner-ups will have the opportunity to perform at this year’s Akron Pride Festival taking place August 24th at Hardesty Park. Judges will evaluate performers on costume design, runway lip sync performance and questions from our host, Nina West of RuPaul’s Drag Race.

We are offering guests a VIP Meet & Greet with early access this year! Don’t miss out on this unique evening of glitz and laughs all in support of the 2019 Akron Pride Festival.
